The role also involves responsibility for the overall management of staff absences and organising cover arrangements for the Academy. To carry out this role effectively, it is essential that you have demonstrable experience of managing colleagues, effectively leading an administration function and have had some experience in arranging cover for staff absences. Although it is not essential, ideally candidates will have management experience within a school environment, but full training will be given. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate they are able to liaise and work effectively with a range of professionals.
