Job Title: English and Maths GCSE Intervention Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, Chelmsford Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per day Job Duties: Provide tailored English and Maths tutoring to GCSE students requiring intervention Create individualised learning plans to support student progress Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance student understanding Assess student learning needs and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Monitor and track student progress through regular assessments Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure student success Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Demonstrated expertise in teaching English and Maths at the GCSE level Experience in providing intervention support to students Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of the GCSE English and Maths curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners Effective classroom management skills Experience working with students with special educational needs Working Conditions: Part-Time position, expected to work flexible hours Collaborative work environment with school staff and parents All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
