Field and User Support Analyst

Location: Bradford and Wakefield
2 full-time permanent posts of 37 hours.
Salary: £29,109.00 - £31,296.00 per annum
West Yorkshire Police are looking to appoint a Field and User Support Analyst to join the Digital Policing Directorate based in Bradford and Wakefield. The successful candidates will install, support and maintain network and mobile communication devices, to ensure provision of specified services and that they meet associated service level agreements.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to take up this new and exciting position as we embark on the implementation of a restructured Digital Policing function.
The ideal candidate will have proven relevant practical experience and technical knowledge to support a wide range of devices utilising appropriate support tools, experience of IT second line support, ideally relating to a computing environment, an understanding of the importance of, and experience of, supporting customers. Previous experience or knowledge around CCTV would be desirable.
The successful applicants must be willing and able to travel for business purposes and participate in a call-out/standby rota, as occasionally they will be required to work outside normal 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
