We are recruiting a Sales Administrator for our Witney based client. This is a great opportunity to join a successful global supplier of engineering based products and systems.
This is a full time, office based position offering a salary of £26,000 to £28,000. Ideally candidates will have experience in a Sales admin role within a technical environment.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with client enquiries.
* Respond to customer questions via e-mail and telephone.
* Understand the Company's product range and services in order to deal with clients enquiries.
* Prepare quotations and send to customers.
* Follow up quotations.
* Log and update all project information onto the Company CRM system.
* Prepare project files.
* Follow project through to handover for dispatch of materials, liaising with customers as required.
* Attend trade shows as required.
Required Skills, Experience & Attributes:
* Proficient in Word, Excel & CRM systems.
* Proven customer service skills, dealing with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
* Some understanding of residential buildings preferred, although training will be provided.
