TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition and EPC Assessor to their team across the East and West Midlands.\n \nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nCarry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.\nConduct Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings.\nIdentify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards. \n \n About the Role:\n\nSurveys are carried out on a asset management software – tablet devices will be provided.\nCarry out 4 - 6 completed surveys per day\nInduction provided – to use the software.\nLodgement fee is covered by our client.\nScheduled work contract booked appointments. \n \nIf you are interested in the Stock Condition Surveyor/ EPC Assessor position, apply online
