We have an excellent position available within our delegated authority operations team. As part of this role you will be involved in the management and support for SCOR Syndicate delegated classes of business, management of Binding Authorities and Line Slips, associated activities and reporting. You will need to ensure compliance to SCOR minimum standards including data quality.

The role holder is to act as a key member of the SCOR Delegated Operations management team working in a fast-paced environment that encourages new ideas and a fresh way of thinking.
Responsibilities
SCOR Syndicate Delegated Authority:
1. Support completion and submission of statutory and/or regulatory reports and advance automation.
2. Administration of the due diligence process for selected classes of business including new Coverholder sponsorship, annual due diligence review and approval (including all third parties).
3. Actively involved in ongoing operational tasks and services from MGAs or Coverholders and TPAs.
4. Liaising with underwriters, transversal functions, outsourcers and associated stakeholders.
5. Participation in internal/external forums as required.
6. Assist in coordinating Third Party audits, from scope definition to completion of audits.
7. Third Party Audit report review and management of recommendations.
8. Support of the data management function and reporting of identified gaps.
9. Management of the income review process including distribution of reports, communicating with underwriters and credit control monitoring.
10. Provide support to other members of the team as required.
11. Identify opportunities for improvements in cost savings and efficiency across the processes.
12. Generate reporting to support the management of the departmental activities.
13. Ensure compliance to Delegated Authority policy and internal controls.
14. Other ad hoc tasks as required to support the portfolio.
Change and Operational Improvements:
1. Actively contribute in identifying, executing and communicating improvements to the operating model (technology and process).
2. Contribute to defining data and risk assessment guidance related standards across SCOR.
3. Support cross company collaboration through targeted workshops, status briefs and informal updates.
Committees and Memberships:
1. Contributor to SCOR Syndicate Conduct Risk Product Oversight Committee and Delegated Underwriting Committees.
Experience & Competencies
* Previous experience or exposure to DUA.
* ACII or progress towards qualification.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business related discipline, or equivalence.
