As a Practice Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients, utilizing your experience in General Practice Nursing, minor illness, and chronic disease management. Key Responsibilities In addition to providing routine nursing care, your main duties will include: Routine immunisation schedules Cervical screening Contraception reviews and family planning Travel vaccinations Chronic disease management Dementia reviews Cancer care reviews Health promotion and disease management Candidates must have experience in these areas to be considered.
