Role – In-House Trainer (Front Of House)
Rate of Pay - £13.50 per hour
Hours – Full Time
Travel required - Approximately 2 to 3 times per year for training & new site openings.
An exciting opportunity has arrived for anyone looking to take the next step in their hospitality career. As an In House Trainer (Front of House), you will lead and conduct Front of House training for existing team members and new starters. This role is designed to set the standards of consistent working practices across the company and you will be carrying out team/new starter training on certain shifts.
This is an ideal role for any current Supervisors or Front of House team members looking to develop within the hospitality sector, or to learn new transferrable skills to shape the rest of their chosen career. All training for the position will be provided and you will be well supported.
In House Trainer Responsibilities:
· Deliver initial and ongoing training to all team members as part of ‘Junkyard Training Club’
· Set brand standards and model excellence for new starters
· Mentor and support new starters in their training period
· Identify development areas and improve performance of the team
· Work closely with mangers and other supervisors to manage the departments
· Create resources and content for training
