We are looking for a dynamic, fun, and motivated Sales Administrator who will play a crucial role in supporting our dealerships' sales team to ensure a smooth operation of the sales process. The ideal candidate will be able to use their own initiative, be innovative, planned, and organized with strong attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Arranging purchase of vehicles
* Arranging and organizing the delivery of vehicles
* Setting up, transferring, and arranging PDI and job cards for vehicles
* Producing invoices and warranty documents
* Ordering, contracting, and taxing vehicles
* Reviewing sales reports
* Supplying Sales Admin support to dealerships
* Supplying Sales Admin to Retail dealers
* Being proactive in dealing with queries on the phone and email
* Managing customer records
* Providing exceptional customer service
