Fundamentally the MDSA’s job is to keep our primary children safe and happy over their lunch break, but there are many aspects to this important role and the team at Bleasby are keen to enable the successful applicant to make the most of the talents that they will be bringing.
Such aspects include:
* Promoting good manners in the dinner hall;
* Supporting children in engaging in different play activities outdoors;
* Helping children develop their skills in sharing, looking out for one another and solving disagreements.
Bleasby C of E Primary School is a happy and caring school to be part of, in a lovely rural setting. Our children take pride in their school and are eager to support the staff team in making their school the best it can be. This includes our Prefects, School Council and Play Leaders who support the midday team.
The successful candidate will be responsible and caring as well as being committed to supporting and contributing to the school ethos of Achieiving, Belonging and Caring.
