We are looking for a Full Time Store Manager to join the NEWPavers team at Frenchgate Centre, Doncaster which will be opening in July.
What we look for in a Store Manager
Are you a friendly, engaging, and positive leader who loves creating an amazing service experience for every customer? You could be a Store Manager already or an Assistant Manager looking for your next step.
Do you have a track record of leading and building successful teams in a retail environment?
Are you passionate and successful at achieving sales targets and KPIs with a can-do attitude?

What will you do to be successful as a Store Manager?
1. Drive the performance of your store, making good commercial decisions, liaising with your area manager and head office teams to get the right product at the right time to maximise the sales.
2. Lead your team in creating a customer-first culture, giving genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products, providing the best customer service and experience possible.
3. Motivate and develop yourself and your team to achieve and exceed KPIs and reach your full potential.
4. Be self-aware, being able to question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store.
5. Live and breathe Pavers DNA, always leading by example.
Pay & Hours
Up to £30,000 per annum.
40 hours per week.
