Job Description Join Our Friendly Team as a Veterinary Surgeon in Hatfield Position : Veterinary Surgeon Location : Hatfield Type : Part-time (20-25 hours per week) About Us: We are a busy and personable veterinary practice located inside a well-frequented store, purpose-built to meet industry-leading standards. Our facilities include digital X-ray, a bright and spacious prep area, an ultrasound machine, a dedicated theatre, an in-house lab, and separate wards for dogs, cats, and isolation, along with three consultation rooms. As part of our team, you will be joining a supportive environment with a loyal client base and an excellent local reputation. Our team currently consists of 2 vets, 2 nurses, an SVN, a Practice Manager, and dedicated support colleagues, all sharing a passion for animal care and a commitment to providing the highest standards of healthcare for our patients. About the Role: We are looking for a personable veterinary surgeon who is passionate about providing excellent patient care. You will be confident with routine surgery and medicine and comfortable with small furries. Recognising the importance of building strong, trusted relationships with both patients and clients is essential. You will enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. This position offers flexibility, with 8-10 hour shifts tailored to your preference. Ideally, you would be willing to work weekends on a 1 in 3 rota basis (Saturdays open from 9-12:30, closed on Sundays).
