Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for education, and a desire to gain vital first-hand school based SEN & SEMH support to children aged between 5-16 years old?
A wonderful SEN & SEMH provision specialist school located in the Evesham area of Worcestershire is eager to add a hard-working, naturally outgoing and experienced Child Support Worker to their superb teaching support department in a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year, with a view to moving permanently.
In this role as a Child Support Worker, the successful candidate will be required to provide dedicated 1:1 & small group support to children aged between 4-16 years old with complex SEN needs, including academic and personal care throughout the school day.

Child Support Worker – The Role:
1. Providing 1:1 & small group SEN support to children aged 4-16 years old
2. Creating warm, comforting and caring school environment
3. Academic, emotional & personal care responsibilities
4. Monday to Friday role – March 2025 to July 2025
5. Working hours: 08.30am – 15.30pm during term time
6. Initial contracted role with view to going permanent by September 2025
7. Paid £92 per day during term time – Includes online CPD course
Child Support Worker – Applicant Requirements:
8. Minimum 1 years experience supporting children or adolescents
9. Naturally outgoing and versatile individual
10. Passionate about the development of children
11. Strong organisation and communication skillset
12. Ability to provide individual and small group support to SEN children
