Job Title: SEN Tutor Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Description We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to join our team in Oxfordshire. As an SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for providing specialised educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a temporary position with part-time hours. Job Duties: Develop individualised learning plans for students with SEN Deliver tailored lessons to meet the specific needs of each student Provide ongoing support and guidance to help students achieve their educational goals Collaborate with other educators and professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed Required Qualifications: Experience working with students with SEN Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles Education: A relevant degree in Education or a related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) principles and practises Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials Excellent organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: SEN-specific training or certification Experience working in a similar role Working Conditions: This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing support to students with SEN in an educational setting in Oxfordshire.
