We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead the team in Stoke. As a Store Manager, you’ll be expected to manage the day-to-day operation of the store, coach and develop the team to achieve targets, and ensure customers receive first-class customer service.
As a Store Manager, you can earn up to £45,000 with commission.
What does the role involve?
* Manage the day-to-day operation of the store
* Motivate, coach and support the sales team to hit set targets
* Create an environment where every member of the team is valued and supported to perform at their best
* Manage sales budgets and delivery targets
* Manage rotas, holidays and sickness
* Ensure and provide excellent customer service throughout the store
* Deal with customer queries and complaints
* Make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, and safe environments for everyone
* Recruit, train and develop your team
* Review and manage your team's performance
* Comply with all Health & Safety policies and legislation
