Role Responsibilities of a teaching assistant: Support classroom teachers with daily lesson plans and activities. Assist in both small group work and 1:1 support for students. Encourage students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Adapt to various classroom settings and student needs as required. Provide feedback on students’ progress to teaching staff. Help foster an inclusive and positive learning environment. What We're Looking For: Previous experience working with children is essential. In an educational setting is preferable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability in different classroom settings. A proactive and engaging approach to working with students.
