Job Title: Media Sales Manager
Salary: up to £30,000 plus uncapped bonus
Location: Hertford but can be fully remote or hybrid
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00-17:00pm

Our client, a leading events and media company, is currently seeking an experienced Media Sales Manager to join their expanding team. This role presents a unique opportunity for professionals with a background in media sales—whether in print, digital, or both—to contribute to the continued success of a dynamic organisation.
SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Previous experience within media sales
2. Strong key account management skills
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Experience using CRM systems
5. Previous experience selling on multiple products meeting targets
6. An excellent team player
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for sales across multiplatform brands inclusive of print, digital, bespoke events.
2. Responsible for brand revenue targets and associated products
3. Working towards set targets and making sure these are achieved
4. Key account management and effective client retention
5. Creating proposals to meet client objectives
6. Identify and secure new business opportunities via phone, face to face etc
7. Identify business development opportunities and business areas within the market

2. 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing 1 day per year, up to 25 days
