Toensure that all students with SEND receive tailored support and provision,working in close collaboration with teachers, parents, external professionalsand the wider community. Monitorand review the progress of SEND students, ensuring appropriate interventionsare in place and individual needs are met effectively. Bean advocate for the inclusion and well-being of SEND students, promoting theirparticipation in all aspects of school life. Provideguidance and training to all staff on best practices for supporting SENDstudents, fostering a whole-school approach to inclusion. Overseethe creation and implementation of IEPs, PEPs, OPPs and ASPs, ensuring theyreflect the school's values. Theywill be responsible for CLA and Pupil Premium funding. Maintainup-to date records and ensure compliance with relevant SEND legislation andguidelines. Tolead, support and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to promotepositive relationships and positive behaviour across the whole setting. Tobe committed to safeguarding and work within our safeguarding team as a DSL. Workclosely alongside our pastoral lead, to establish, encourage and maintainstrong relationships between parents and school. Workto help develop our school family hub and liaising with REMAT and LA SENDteams. Toorganise and lead parent workshops. Towork closely alongside the SLT, Admin Team and families to improve attendance. Tooversee and support the whole-school health and safety policy.
