Job Advert Description Acting as a central point of communication, the role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, and tracking progress to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Your responsibilities will include: Facilitating scrum events by organising and leading meetings like stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Maintaining a central repository for all project documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible Acting as the central point of contact between project stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication Preparing presentations or materials for stakeholder reviews or project boards Supporting management of the project risk register and adoption of best practice governance for full project lifecycle Supporting in building on the Project Management Framework, including the creation of tools and documents Required Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: Previous experience of 2 years or more in a similar role using Agile methodology Experience in the use of Microsoft software packages such as Microsoft Office A strong understanding of change initiatives and continuous improvement methodologies Personal Attributes We’re looking for someone who is: Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere Forward looking with a holistic approach prioritising the end user experience Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics A team player able to work collaboratively with and through others Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation Benefits Our benefits include an annual bonus scheme, GPP Pension Scheme with Aviva, and Private Medical Insurance after 6 months of employment, which includes discounted gym memberships, free cinema tickets, health assessments, and more.
