The People Development Specialist role will involve: Sourcing, designing and implementing training and qualification programmes Managing our relationship with the CITB to access funding and ensuring the relevant qualifications are available to our employees, enhancing their development Working closely with the Health & Safety team to ensure excellent compliance and safety, particularly on-site Using technology to enhance learning, utilising our Learning Management Systems (LMS) and implementing blended learning solutions Collaborating and partnering with the Operational business to design and implement programmes that will enable our people to thrive What will you bring as People Development Specialist? Proven experience in designing and delivering operational training programmes within a trade, construction, or maintenance environment.
