We are now looking for an Operations Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As our Operations Manager, you will oversee the operational delivery of key, externally funded projects. Managing day-to-day operations, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to compliance standards that uphold our reputation as a trusted high-performance partner. You’ll oversee resourcing, health and safety compliance and performance tracking, ensuring issues are mitigated, our clients’ needs are met and we remain aligned with our business goals.
Additionally, you will:
- Onboard new contractors
- Identify new external delivery partners
- Develop and implement new business revenue streams
- Manage industry accreditations
About You
To be considered as an Operations Manager, you will need:
- Leadership experience
- A strong track record in project management and contractor oversight
- Expertise in forecasting both volume and cost
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
