Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day tasks assigned by the marketing team, ensuring all duties are completed to a high standard
Manage merchandise, including maintaining stock levels, organising storage, and distributing merchandise as needed
Handle administrative tasks
Oversee third-party supplier relationships and ensure smooth communication and processes
Log and track marketing-related requests in task management software, ensuring timely responses and proper delegation
Assist with campaigns, from initial ideas to execution and work collaboratively with other team members
Help produce and schedule social media content, liaise with designers for visuals, assist with email marketing, and coordinate printed marketing materials
Organise and create high-quality customer case studies
Support the Sales team with editing and developing sales proposals and presentations
Aid in the creation and distribution of the internal weekly newsletter
