Job Description
An award winning company is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor/Team Leader to join its busy and high performing team. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a customer service team dealing with customer queries and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
* Leading and motivating agents to provide the best possible level of customer service
* Assigning work effectively throughout the day to deal with the workload to meet the department SLAs
* Resolving customer escalations from the customer service team including effective management and resolution of complaints
* Actively monitor timekeeping and task adherence across the team, providing immediate feedback to individuals and highlighting any persistent concerns to the management team
* Supporting the onboarding of new customer service agents with training and advice on best practice and query solutions
* Communicating effectively any issues to the relevant internal department as appropriate
Essential experience:
* Experience supervising a corporate customer service / call centre team.
* Passion for delivering the highest possible outcome for customer queries
* Quick thinking, with excellent problem solving skills
* Comfortable working in a fast paced role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritise effectively and multi-task in a service driven environment
* Contact centre experience highly advantageous.
Salary: £27-32,000 plus benefits
