An award-winning Brand Experience agency, with offices and clients around the globe, are hiring a Project Director!
It’s an exciting time to join this Agency Powerhouse, as they enter 2025 enjoying a period of growth and momentum. This role will be focused on a pillar client and the Project Director will occupy a highly visible position within the agency (both UK and Internationally).
You will be stepping into an Agency with an ethos that is built on creativity, consumer insight and pursuit of emerging trends and technologies. This Agency are proud to do this for a host of blue-chip and niche brands including Jaguar Land Rover, World Rugby, Porsche, eBay, Honda, Jaeger- LeCoultre, Bridgestone, La Espanola, to name only a few.
Salary: £70,000

Central London Based - 4 Days a week in Office
Role Responsibilities:
Client services
- Responsible for one or multiple projects, accountable for overall success.
- Defines project deliverables – establishes a project team and ways of working to deliver projects to time, target, and budget.
- Supports creative and client service team during conceptual and planning stages, provides guidance on feasibility.
- Owns project timings and manages meetings, deadlines, sign-off and approvals as required.
- Knowledgeable of potential third-party suppliers / partners.
- Plays a supportive role in pitches, building rapport and trust with clients, and recognised for expertise.
Finance
- Creates budgets for client campaigns. Can advise how to better improve GP without compromising on
client ROI. Bills everything that can be billed.
- Effectively manages and tracks project budgets through the project lifecyle
- Able to demonstrate the value of time to protect project margins.
- Understands the requirements of cash flow for project work, directing internal and external teams
accordingly. Communicates changes in a timely manner.
