Job summary
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, skilled, and capable Head of Improvement to be embedded in the Private Offices of the NHS Chief Executive (CEO), Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
This is a rich and varied role working across a wide range of programme areas and priorities to provide high-quality analytical support to the Private Office and involving close working with Senior Leadership and Ministers with a key focus on Urgent & Emergency Care Improvement.

* To improve our cross-cutting approach to operational information, such as ensuring dashboards meet the immediate day-to-day needs of CEO, CFO and COO; that they receive operational performance insights tailored to their requirements; and help to develop our organisational approach to light-touch evaluation.
