- Sports London | £35-45k A leading sports marketing/PR agency in London is seeking an Account Manager to play a pivotal role in helping to drive their social media offering and deliver clients' digital strategies.
This presents an excellent opportunity to join an expanding company that has a busy 2025 ahead Day-to-day: Establish, cultivate, and sustain relationships with key clients, acting as the principal point of contact for all their needs and requirements.
Execute timely, strategic, and impactful social media campaigns that deliver measurable returns on investment for clients.
Support the agency in servicing existing clients and winning new ones by developing and executing account plans to fulfil client’s objectives Conduct regular reviews to assess customer satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling other services.
Monitor social trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats and develop strategies to stay ahead.
Lead and mentor the account executives providing guidance, and training, to ensure their success.
Key Skills: Comprehensive understanding of the platforms' organic and paid, encompassing analytics, optimisation, ad formats, and customised content planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients at all levels.
Possessing robust negotiation and influencing skills is crucial for achieving client targets and goals.
Strategic thinking, analyse data and develop actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
