Key Responsibilities: Generate Sales Opportunities: Proactively follow up on enquiries & lapsed customers via phone and email to create new business opportunities. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate, real-time client data in CRM systems, ensuring seamless communication and reporting. Cross-Selling & Upselling: Drive additional sales through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies within the allocated client base. Accurate Order Management: Processing quotes and orders promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction. Client Communication: Keep customers informed of their order progress and promptly address any potential delays. Stay Knowledgeable: Continuously improve product knowledge, staying up-to-date on all promotions, including new products and discontinued lines.
