the team you’ll be working with
As an Executive Talent Partner, you will be a key player in identifying and recruiting top talent within the insurance industry in London. You will leverage your established network, use innovative sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers and key client stakeholders to deliver qualified candidates for an exciting variety of senior and specialist underwriting roles. Your expertise in recruiting for insurance-related positions will be essential to our success, as you help shape and build our talent pipeline for both current and future needs. You will be responsible for leading a team of three including a senior talent advisor and a dedicated researcher.

the expectations of this job
In this role you will partner with hiring managers and key influencers to define the requirements for open and future positions, ensuring an understanding of the role expectations and organisational needs. This role is about providing a high touch client service, providing market intelligence and recruitment advice on their recruitment activity within the insurance sector. You will utilise technology, insights and your professional network to tailor the most appropriate solution based on the requirement. Proven experience as an executive talent acquisition specialist with a strong focus on identifying talent within the insurance industry and an established network of insurance professionals with experience in engaging passive seekers, particularly at senior level is essential for the role.
* Utilise various online and offline sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, databases and professional networking events and communities to identify potential candidates.
* Partner with key stakeholders to understand the business strategy and future requirements.
* Engage with passive candidates, fostering relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience for open and future requirements.
* Work in partnership with our dedicated researcher who will support the talent acquisition cycle by extensive mapping and the strategic development of the talent landscape.
* Attend industry job events, career events, and networking opportunities to attract top talent and further understand the market changes and talent insights.
* Actively promote open positions to external networks and seek referrals from employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals.
* Perform market research on compensation and benefits to stay competitive and ensure optimal candidate offers.
* Measure and report on key recruitment metrics to continually improve talent acquisition strategies.
* Ensure the Hiring Managers are being kept informed of all activity and receive a positive experience.
* Endure all successful and unsuccessful candidates receive a positive experience ensuring the client maintains a strong reputation in the industry.
