An excellent permanent HR Manager job, within a fast-paced growing SME within Northampton, an opportunity to make the role your own and drive business change. Hybrid-3 days based in the office and 2 days based from home.
Your new role
As a permanent stand-alone HR Manager, you will be responsible for both strategic and operational HR duties, a true generalist HR Manager role, where you can make a difference.
Responsibilities will include:
Business partnering with key stakeholders.
Implementing HR strategy.
Implementing well-being and employee engagement strategies.
Supporting with succession planning
Managing ER issues from end-end.
Designing and delivering training on core HR topics.
Managing the end-end recruitment and selection process.
This role will suit you if you enjoy driving change and making a difference.
You will be required to travel once a month to two other sites.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Manager or Junior HR Manager, ideally within amercial SME.
You will ideally be qualified to at least level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
You must be happy to travel twice a month.
