Job Purpose: To deliver, maintain, and improve effective and efficient energy services in line with departmental and organisational needs.
Summary: Property Services is responsible for delivering high-quality and cost-effective property repairs, compliance, installation, and estate services across the UK to mainly internal clients and additionally a small number of external clients. It is also responsible for operational Health and Safety of the service, including fire safety and delivering effective group-wide asset management and reinvestment programmes.
The job holder will ensure that they fully understand and fulfil their responsibilities in respect of both Health and Safety and Equality & Diversity at all times.

Key Accountabilities (all Accountabilities will be carried out in line with policies, procedures, relevant regulations, and legislation):
* Support the delivery of the Group's Energy aims and strategies to ensure cost-effective sustainable energy solutions are in place across the Group.
* Respond to Utility and Energy queries to provide an efficient service in accordance with policies, procedures, and relevant regulations, including recommending service improvements as required.
* Support the delivery of effective and efficient energy services in accordance with policies and procedures and relevant regulations, including identifying and supporting new administrative systems as required.
* Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external customers by being a central point of contact for Energy and Utilities related projects.
* Support the ongoing management of utility data to enable the accurate recording and reporting of energy information for the Group, ensuring it is effectively analysed to draw meaningful conclusions on how costs and consumption may be reduced.
* Assist with the delivery of energy projects designed to enhance the services provided by the Group and which meet the needs of our customers and the wider community, maximising energy efficiency and generation.
* Keep up to date with changing legislation and regulations in relation to energy efficiency and utilities, investigating and reporting on changes that will impact the Group, benchmarking the service delivery of our energy efficiency agenda against other organisations.
* Support the implementation of special programmes and projects in support of the Group's activities.
Qualifications and Attainments (or knowledge and experience at an equivalent level)
Able to demonstrate a level of numeracy and literacy equivalent to A Level or similar Essential
Degree, management qualification, or relevant professional qualification or knowledge and ability at an equivalent level Desirable
