Legal Administrator – Birmingham
A prestigious Legal 500 regional firm based in Ward End, Birmingham is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join its Conveyancing team.
In this role, the successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to conveyancers and legal secretaries, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day processes. The Role:

* Providing administrative assistance to Conveyancers and Legal Secretaries, including file management and document preparation
* Assisting with the opening, closing and archiving of client files in line with compliance procedures
* Managing correspondence with Clients, Solicitors and Third Parties
* Organising and maintaining accurate records, both electronic and paper-based
* Supporting diary management, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
* Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring queries are directed to the appropriate team members
* Assisting with billing, invoicing and other financial administrative tasks
* Ensuring all work complies with GDPR and internal data protection policies

About You:

* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment (preferred but not essential)
