Hays are working with a professional services organisation in central Bristol to support with the recruitment of a 1st line IT support analyst. The role is permanent, offering a salary of up to £28,000pa depending on experience. The role offers hybrid working typically 3 days per week on site. Your new role
In the role you will act as the 1st point of contact for users across the organisation in their IT requests. You’ll log queries and ensure responses are handled in a timely manner, all whilst providing 1st class customer support. You will escalate technical issues when required and in time get exposure to 2nd line incidents and work. You will provide technical software & application support across the helpdesk whilst also providing physical laptop and mobile device / desktop support to users. You’ll also be exposed to network, system and server infrastructure.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need to have some experience working in a similar 1st line IT support role and have excellentmunication & customer service skills. You must have good time management and be able to work well under pressure / time constraints. You will need to have exposure across software such as the O365 suite, Windows server and Azure AD, while also having some experience supporting hardware / deskside support.
