As a L&D Trainer, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to empower individuals, helping them develop the knowledge and skills needed to provide high-quality support. You'll play a key role in fostering a continuous learning and development culture.
You’ll deliver engaging, supportive training helping to ensure our teams stay up to date with best practices, ensuring they feel confident in their roles and compliant with regulatory requirements.
You’ll also have the chance to share your expertise in mental health and suicide prevention, helping to raise awareness and improve support across different communities. Your training will make a lasting difference in people’s lives.
Who We’re Looking For
Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.
1. You should have experience delivering effective training workshops, preferably in adult learning.
2. An understanding of mental health and suicide prevention is a plus, but we’re happy to provide additional training if needed.
3. You should be able to connect with and engage diverse audiences, delivering training in a warm and approachable manner.
4. A genuine interest in helping others grow and develop, with a commitment to fostering a learning environment.
