Location: Nottingham, Full Time Contract: Secondment, 18 months Recruitment Partner: Frankie McCallister -Lyas Overview: The Contracts Team is a fast-paced and demanding area of the business that is constantly evolving. We work with colleagues across the support office, supply chain and stores to ensure all services and GNFR goods are delivered within the specification of the contracts. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join the Contracts team to deliver the new uniform roll out to stores. This role will be reporting to the Contracts Manager and working within the broader Central Operations function. Tthe successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering the new uniform to store colleagues - fundamental in building and maintaining working relationships with the uniform supplier and internal stakeholders, as well as managing operational roll out. Key Responsibilities: • Managing the new uniform roll out process and working closely with the uniform supplier. • Setting up and maintaining up to date project plans including managing internal and external dependencies • Working closely with workstream leads to ensure key milestones are delivered at pace and to the agreed level of quality and cost. • Leading project governance processes, including facilitating project meetings, producing project reports, and managing risks and issues. • Managing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to ensure project success, alignment, and appropriate use of escalation to remove blockers and confirm decisions. • Be able to manage expectations of key stakeholders and communicate at all levels. What you’ll need to have: • Proven experience in managing projects, with ability to hold people to account at all levels • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organised and manages time effectively. • Ability to build relationships. • Negotiate resource time and commitment with stakeholders. • Ability to both lead and work as a team • Understands the challenges of a frontline retail environment.
