We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Manager to join our team. This is a mobile role covering 3 NCC locations based in Bircham Newton Norfolk, Erith Kent and Inchinnan Scotland. The role requires travel to all 3 locations on a regular basis with occasional home working no more than 2 days per week.
Role Purpose
The NCC Administration Manager provides the essential administration support to ensure the National Construction College operates effectively in England and Scotland. They provide management for both the day-to-day operations of the NCC Administration functions under their reporting lines and ensure all college sites administration functions are supported in terms of standardisation, compliance, and development to meet the needs and requirements of the college, learners, awarding organisations, certification schemes / associations and contracted learning delivery. This role is also responsible for ensuring the support materials, processes and systems are compliant with and provide the most effective and efficient means of delivering the administration support services functions to meet the needs of all relevant stakeholders.
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
2. Management experience and training (minimum Level 3 or equivalent which can be attained within 6 months of taking post)
3. Experience of working within a training or college environment
4. Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator
5. Knowledge of training related certification and accreditation schemes
Desirable
6. Management experience / training at higher level
7. Knowledge of construction training
8. Teaching and /or coaching Training and experience
9. Project Management training and experience
10. Audit training and experience
