We are looking for a flexible, self-motivated, creative, and organised individual to join our team as a Human Resources and Payroll Administrator.
The successful applicant will have excellent administrative skills, a can-do attitude, and be highly organised with the ability to respond quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment supporting our schools in providing Educational Excellence. You will have the ability to think on your feet and be confident in your skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders throughout the trust.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of the HR and Payroll Team. You will operate within the HR team structure, providing a wide range of administrative support to both HR administration and Payroll. You will operate, maintain, and contribute to the development of the administration of HR and Payroll procedures and systems of the Trust. This role is based at the trust offices in Tamworth.
The role is 37 hours per week (job share may be considered), Whole Year, Term Time (39 weeks) or Term Time Plus (40 - 43 weeks).
