We have an excellent opportunity for a Guest Relations Manager to join the team at the Woodlands Event Centre, a 120 bedroom venue with a 250 seater restaurant, 2 full service bars, and a 320 seater banqueting space.
The person we are looking for needs to be a great communicator, have exceptional customer service skills, and possess a strong background in problem solving and multi-tasking. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn all front of house aspects of our business and become an expert in all areas.
The key focus of the role will be on operational standards, working with our guests and group organisers to ensure their events are a success.
