Role Summary
The post holder will develop and sustain partnerships working with individual groups, communities and agencies to support and sustain this specialist service, ensuring it is meeting the needs of the local population.
About the Role
To develop and lead a specialist nursing service in South Devon which enables the post holder to offer a responsive, high level quality service for patients living in the community with chronic kidney disease categories G3-G4. This post holder will act as an expert resource for both nursing and medical staff by providing advice, support and education through clinical evidence-based practice.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00
