Are you strong with positive behaviour management? We are currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join an alternative provision in Bolton on a full time basis. The role will become permanent for the right person after a probationary period. You will be required to deliver person centred support to individuals who present high levels of complex needs and challenging behaviours associated with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions and mental health problems. The provision you will be working at are there to support pupils who have either been temporarily or permanently excluded from mainstream education, for many different reasons.
