We are seeking expert practitioners and lecturers to join our team as HE Sessional Lecturers for our BA (Hons) Design (March 2025) and BA (Hons) Animation degrees (Sept 2025). We have been delivering degree level courses for over 25 years, and these courses are part of our new offering. Our college boasts a 94.7% NSS rating and excellent progression rates. This exciting role will include: • Delivering engaging and imaginative lectures and practical sessions. • Supporting and mentoring students, fostering their academic and personal growth. • Staying current with industry trends and integrate them into your teaching. • Assessing work to Level 4-6 standards. • Developing and updating course materials to reflect current industry standards and practices • Supporting students in achieving their qualifications and career goal • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievements • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our courses. If you can demonstrate the following, then we’d love to hear from you: • Degree or post-graduate level qualification. Teaching qualification or be currently working towards one/willing to undertake a PGCE • Evidence of preparing and delivering high-quality lessons that engage students and to use differentiated objectives and formative assessment for ensuring the progress of all stu-dents. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to student success and professional development. • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the institution and students.
