We have an exciting new opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a national organisation, working within their Energy (M&E) Division, based in Bournemouth, Dorset.

About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the effective and efficient delivery of their Bournemouth Contract, taking full responsibility for all personnel working on that contract and delivering services to the required SLA. Developing strong commercial relationships to expand the offer locally.

Hours of Work: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Your role will include:
* Taking responsibility for the entire contract, personnel working on that contract and delivery of the services provided.
* Ensuring that the health, safety and wellbeing of all personnel is kept as the top priority and that all jobs are completed in line with H&S requirements.
* Negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Planning work and organising labour in line with service requirements and to ensure that all work is being completed on time and within budget.
* Identifying ways to increase efficiency and improve productivity within onsite teams.
* Corresponding with external stakeholders to document all activities.
* Compiling and delivering presentations top clients and suppliers.
* Collecting and collating data for forecasting and planning purposes.
* Lead and motivate project teams ensuring that policies and procedures are consistently applied throughout each area.
* Ensure that all work is compliance in line with contractual obligations, industry, and the company's high standards.
* Ensure that client updates and communication are timely and accurate, and that accounting is transparent throughout the contract.
Experience:
* Previous experience of working on NEC 3-4 contracts.
* Previous experienced of working on healthcare project delivery from contract management perspective.
* Recognised Building Services Qualification - ONC / HNC in Building services engineering.
* Strong experienced of programme / contract management.
* Strong mechanical & electrical system background to ensure full understanding of systems for installation on designated project.
* A Full UK Driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points and no bans within the last 12 months
