Location: Accrofab Limited - DE21 7RX
Basis: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Late Shift- 15.00 01.00 on Mondays, and 15.00 00.30 Tuesday to Thursday with designated breaks

We have a vacancy within our Quality Department and are currently recruiting for the role of Quality Inspector. We are looking for candidates who have relevant work experience seeking an opportunity to join our team and develop their skills.

Responsibilities specific to the role

To carry out 1st off Inspection / Receipt Inspection / Inspection and Calibration activities as required to support operations.
Running CMM programmes; analysing and recording results and making appropriate quality decisions.
To support the internal non-conformance process; raising rejects and ensuring all containment is captured.
To liaise closely with Engineering to ensure the smooth transition of new products New Product Introduction (NPI).

General responsibilities

Comply with all company Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.
Read and understand the requirements on the Job Card for the operation to be carried out.
Ensure that all the documentation required to carry out the operation in accordance with the Job Card is available at the point of use and at the correct revision.
