Looking for a Dual Home Manager to manage new refurbished solo homes.
As an OFSTED Registered Children's Residential Home Manager, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of our residential home, which specializes in supporting young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties. This role is pivotal in providing leadership and ensuring that our home operates to the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential home.
* Plan and deliver quality support tailored to the needs of young people.
* Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop and support a competent and motivated team.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
* Manage the home’s budget and resources effectively.
* Lead the development of a structured environment that supports the young people's positive development.
Qualifications:
* Experience as a Home Manager or significant leadership role within children’s residential care.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent, or working towards this qualification.
* A full UK driver's license.
Skills:
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong understanding of the care needs of young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
* Proficiency in managing budgets and resources.
* Ability to develop and implement effective care and developmental strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
