Sales Administrator
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our client based in Doncaster.
This is an entry-level role where a successful candidate can thrive in a fast-paced and self-sufficient environment. The candidate will develop the basic product, process & organisational skills to progress into an Account Executive position within the company.
The successful candidate will support the sales divisions and requires an organised and methodical approach to their work along with good attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.
There is a progression plan & training in place for candidates to develop into senior roles in the sales division and the opportunity to move laterally in the company to other divisions (distribution, logistics, purchasing etc.).
The successful Sales Administrator will be responsible for:
1. Processing customer orders accurately to agreed SLAs.
2. Ensuring orders are checked and correct in relation to product and price.
3. Liaising with customer services and sales teams regarding any issues with orders.
4. Gaining an understanding of our product range, sales process & logistic platforms.
5. Interpreting instructions from various Sales Exec colleagues and identifying any issues arising.
6. Providing a high standard of customer service.
7. Carrying out additional order associated duties (POD's, ETA's, Tech sub docs) in connection with the logistics & technical departments.
The Sales Administrator will have:
1. Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft platforms).
2. Strong organisational skills.
3. Enjoy following all tasks through to completion.
4. Comfortable in a busy office environment.
5. Demonstrated acute attention to detail.
6. Strong communication skills (written and spoken English) and good telephone manners are crucial.
7. Second language - French or German.
8. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
9. A positive attitude.
10. Strong data entry experience preferred.
