Job Role: Visual Merchandising Stylist
Reporting to: Head of Visual
Location: Head Office, White City Place, West London
Contract Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract / Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

About The Role:
The VM Stylist will lead the styling direction of ME+EM stores with the support of the Head of Visual. They will oversee the creation and roll out of monthly / bi-monthly styling guidelines for stores in the UK and US. They will ensure the ME+EM brand styling pillars are communicated through key head to looks for both mannequins and front facers. In addition they will be responsible for the coordination of VM styling projects, including store window creative, new store openings, seasonal activations and events.
Role Responsibilities:
* VM styling lead.
* Styling key head to toe looks for both mannequins and front facers across our store portfolio.
* Creation and roll out of monthly styling guidelines for stores, taking into consideration different store specifications and requirements.
* Responsible for planning and executing seasonal creative window displays with the support of the Head of Visual.
* Utilising existing brand material to ensure we have a consistent brand experience for our customers both digitally and in store.
* Implementing weekly styling updates across our London store portfolio, with occasional travel outside of London when required.
* Liaising with stores on the rotation and update of all styling elements on a monthly basis, ensuring we are always showing the most new and elevated looks across the portfolio.
* Ownership and maintenance of all styling related VM tools for both existing and new stores.
* Sharing weekly styling updates to stores and the wider retail team.
* Liaising with merchandising on stock levels and product performance to ensure styling is commercial as well as on brand.
* Supporting the Head of Visual with the coordination of VM creative projects, including new store openings, seasonal activations and events.
* Creation of brand styling presentations to be shared both internally and externally.
* Training store styling advisors on styling techniques, mannequin dressing and front facer styling.
Skills:
* Proven experience as a VM stylist preferably in a multi-site environment.
* Proven experience working on creative window displays and implementing styling treatments.
* Ability to travel to different store locations across our London portfolio to implement styling updates with occasional travel outside of London required.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines effectively.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
