You will be at the forefront with day to day focus on deliver y of the online Trad e & Merchandise strategy. Champion the online product proposition across Clothing & GM and delivery of sales and profit plans. Working c losely with key stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in an online Fashion environment. You will: Lead, develop and coach the Online Trad e & Merchandise team for George.com and be part of the Asda Online leadership team. Develop and implement the Online Trade & Merchandise str ategy that aligns with overall business objectives short and long term. Oversee daily trading activities, monitor KPIs, and adjust strategies to optimize sales and conversion, influencing trading teams to provide the right stock levels. Be an expert on our online customer and competitor landscape, understand behaviour to build relevant activity plans that maximise commercial benefit, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty. Championing online customer experience through a seamless and engaging shopping experience and best - in -class content and execution a cross key trading moments. Working in collaboration with the George.com O nline P roposition, Demand Planning and Portfolio teams and Asda.com online team. Cross-functional collaboration with customer, brand, commercial, marketing, retail, and data teams to ensure alignment on online strategies across all business functions. Regularly review and analyse Online performance data, utilising insights to to optimize the customer journey, product proposition strategy, and marketing effectiveness.
