We’re on the lookout for a proactive and forward-thinking HR Manager to help shape our culture, elevate our employee experience, and improve our HR operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring HR runs efficiently, compliantly, and with a mindset of continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Head of HR and leading a small, passionate team, you’ll bring innovative ideas, strategic thinking, and genuine engagement to a growing organisation where people truly matter.
Key responsibilities:
* Champion our culture and support its evolution as we scale.
* Empower and coach people managers to be effective, inspiring leaders.
* Embed best practice, tools, and processes to boost HR efficiency and measure impact.
* Oversee and continuously improve the onboarding experience.
* Contribute to our reward strategy, support the annual pay review, and ensure competitive benefits.
* Monitor engagement levels and drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
* Lead and develop your HR team, fostering continuous learning and growth.
* Act as a key escalation point for complex HR and payroll matters.
* Ensure accurate people data and deliver reporting to support strategic decisions.
* Support the Head of HR on global HR initiatives and projects.
What you'll bring:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
* A solid background in HR operations, payroll, and employee relations.
* Experience leading or mentoring a small HR team.
* A good grasp of UK employment law; European experience a bonus.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
* Demonstrable experience in operational HR within a growing, global business.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
* Confidence in managing HR data, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making.
It’s a plus if you have:
* Experience managing reward, benefits, or engagement initiatives.
* Exposure to organisational change or HR transformation projects.
* Familiarity with behavioural profiling tools.

Salary and Benefits:
The role of HR Manager is offered with a salary of up to £60,000 and will be expected in the office 3 days a week with 2 days offered as a WFH option.
