As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our sales operation, ensuring it runs seamlessly. Here's what you'll be doing:
1. You're the friendly voice on the other end of the line, handling calls, taking messages, and tackling customer queries.
2. Keep the lines of communication flowing efficiently, managing incoming and outgoing calls.
3. Be the paperwork wizard, ensuring all documents are in tip-top shape for order processing.
4. Forge connections with suppliers, making sure mistakes are minimised.
5. You're not just part of the team; you're leading it! Providing guidance and pivotal updates to our clients and sales team.
6. Get tech-savvy by using online ordering systems.
7. Keep things organised by ensuring all data is uploaded to the system.
8. Be the bridge connecting internal teams.
