The post holder is designated to manage Portland Ward, ensuring provision of safe, high quality and individualised care to patients and the line management and development of the ward staff.
The post holder will participate in the achievement of the Ward’s objectives through innovative and progressive approaches to patient care, be responsible for the adherence to Nursing Care Audit and Care Accreditation processes, and for the development of clinical audit and research-based activities and for the development of the ward as a learning environment.
