To help us continue to build on our reputation we are looking for some fantastic and talented people that have a passion for delighting our guests and providing truly memorable moments, who can engage and develop our teams and who are looking for the next role in their hospitality career as a Hotel General Manager.
Our General Managers are as unique as the buildings they operate in but they have some things in common : they look after their teams, they are guest focused, they have high operational standards, they appreciate a good work/life balance and they are hands-on, when required, in their hotels. They also have financial understanding, experience working with P&Ls, sales and labour budgeting, and can drive recruitment, team development, engagement and communication as well as develop sales and deliver on financial targets- they are a pretty talented bunch!
